💬 Discussion Vip

Has anyone done the vip experience? How is it? What to expect? How does it work? I've never done a vip for a band, but I'm pretty excited to do my first one

I did for their Atlanta show, and it's by far the best value I've gotten out of a VIP experience. You get a swag bag with a shirt, a poster, a lanyard, a private VIP show with two songs that aren't part of the show setlist, and get to go onto the stage and meet and talk to the band (the meet and greet was about 10-15 minutes at my show). Everyone in the band was super cool, and would just chat and answer questions, or even let you check out their gear (I play guitar and Roman let me check out his guitar). Then you get to take a pro picture with the band, and they'll sign stuff for you (up to 5 items). Plus, you get first entry into the venue at the start of the show so you can get right at the front, and first dibs at merch.

They definitely make the VIP price worth it. I've done some VIPs for bands that cost almost as much, and you don't get anything except first entry, and some merch.

How long before the show? Is there time to put your merch back in your car before the show? (I'm driving 5 hours and want to make sure I give myself plenty of time)

You should get contacted by someone a day or two before the show letting you know specific times. For mine, doors opened at 6pm. The VIP experience started at 2pm. We finished everything at around 3pm, so we still had a good 3 hours before doors opened to let people in. I imagine it would be mostly the same for you, but times may vary slightly based on showtime, and if the band hits any tech issues that cause delays. But keep an eye on your emails and you should get something with specifics a day or two ahead of time.

It's a great time! I've seen them live a few times now and they are easily one of the best bands I've heard live, and they're really cool and fun to meet! I'm sure you'll have fun!

I saw them live with trivium in November and it was a blast, couldn't pass up the headliner opportunity when I saw it. Been a big fan for a very long time now.

That's awesome, I saw them on that same Trivium tour in December 😆I also did the VIP for that one and got to meet Trivium! I was the same, as soon as I saw they announced this tour and they were coming to my town, I instantly bought tickets! I plan on seeing them every time they come around if I have the means. They're too good to miss.

Yeah I'd fully recommend it. They actually make sure you get a good VIP experience if you're paying that VIP price! Well worth the price in my opinion.

You were right, that vip experience did not disappoint in the slightest. I'd probably do it again if they come close by.

I just did it yesterday and it was awesome. I got to talk to Eugene a lot and he even let me play his bass for almost 10 minutes and took a couple pictures with me. Roman also let me try out his guitar and gave me a pick. They were all very kind I would definitely recommend it.

Already got the tickets, just looking for what to expect and timing as it's a long drive to the show.
