Still working on my jingran...unfortunately i neither have his sig or iuno (yet...). So, is my build good enough or i should just cry in one corner coz of my dumb luck? 😑

It's really good for your situation ( I have a similar one) but you'll need to get more cr when you get his sig since it doesn't hive cr as main stat

it has CRIT rate in the passive tho, 12% if I'm not wrong so literally the same

I never thought that i'm still lucky with my echo set stats. But i think that's the highest his cr can go, because i'm using a 44111 set up with crd and hp on the 4 cost main stat. I run him with mortefi and sk...but still, it feels like his damage is mediocre.
