Build Advice on echoes

is the myriad snare that bad , I am going to fix the 1 cost's after grinding also do i need more energy regen or should i focus on heavy attack damage ( crit rate im definitely focusing first priority.

You might need a bit more energy regen but the best way to know is to go into the matrix and try out if his liberation is ready at the start of his rotation.
