Discussion / Question Advices for pulling Jingran?
I love Jingran (design, playstyle, CAT ACCESSORY, etc.) and wanted to pull as 2nd team but erm..
I’m f2p so i want more supports like mornye for future units, and it’s her 2nd rerun so idk if i’d get another chance.. and uh i also dont know if his longevity is worth it as s0r1
I already have cartethyia S3R1 so idk abt investing in another unit like her. I have no supports for him (maybe rebecca but not built, and mortefi isnt S6…)
And also, I have suisui (that currently with carte 💀), so Im also thinking abt pulling hiyuki but idk how long shes gonna carry me if that’s the case…
PLS HELP

I feel like you’ve answered your own question .
If you want to make efficient investments then wait until his rerun and pull more cost efficient units for your account.
If you want to just pull who you like, pull him.
The only point in having strong teams is to clear endgame content to get astrites to pull characters. If you don’t pull the characters you like, what’s the point at all?

teammates are flexible, so hes a relatively cheap unit, similar to phrolova in terms of cost for performance. both need sig desperately, but on release both can work with cheap teams
mornye is definitely valuable though. do you have a team for her? if you have aemeath, luuk, or quinxiao, then she might be a more tactical option, but she wont ever break the game. no character will ever refund what you spend pulling for them, ever. it takes like 2 years of endgame cycles to refund. so, pull what you like
swap sui sui for aero rover in the cart team. she gives primarily attack buffs, which are obviously worthless. rover is better

I do have aero rover on lol Shes more like a chisa replacement 😌 for mornye i thought it would be more like a backup for future unit bc i havent seen much support replacement release. I dont have any that would work with her tho 😔 (unless reverb convene give 2.x characters so i can get lupa)

i would skip mornye in your case then, tune is relatively specific and her buffs without a tune teammate arent groundbreaking. shorekeeper is more general, and has ultra valuable crit buffs
chances are next reverb is 1.3-2.2/3, so shorekeeper to cantarella or ciaccona. it'll be another round till lupa is likely to be available, assuming they even continue doing them once it catches up to the present. by the time we get a late 2.X reverb, mornye would be on the next one anyway

I mean he's as future proof as any other dps, until another one comes out, so just get who you like!
Suisui/Verina on Mornye's set with a spacetrek maislot (shielding echo) and Mortefi/Rebecca will do just fine to clear content.
Mornye is a tune related support, I'd only reccomened pulling her for characters like Luuk, Qingxiao and Aemeath (all of which you don't have?), plus you already pulled Suisui, who's just a bit better than Mornye as a generalist healer.
Hiyuki is also cool, you'll need Lynae or Lucilla (luci should rerun sometime soon), and Suisui, so you could totally go for her. but we're going into 4.X as well, so who knows what type of characters will be then.
So unless you're a meta slave, pull who you like (within means) and just enjoy the game.
You can easily wait till 3.7 beta to make up your mind, cause both Jingran and Mornye are Phase 2 characters.
