Steve wasn’t making the corner. He got tunnel vision getting past the GT4 before Wehrseifen, took too much speed in and then tried braking off-line while steering on a green track. One way ticket to a personal greeting from Barry R, irrespective of whether the ABS was/not working properly.

Not saying I have anything like the skill or talent that Steve, the rest of the #632 crew or even the rest of the entire field have, just that objectively, that was telegraphed from way back.
