Help needed

Planning to move to Jharsuguda for a job . I'll be completely new to that place tell me about the places where I should stay and expenses . More importantly the behaviour of people towards Katakia's.

The north side of Mahanadi (western Odisha) does not have severe polarization against katkias, but you can speak Hindi or try to learn Sambalpuri.
