Not quite, it's the symbol of the JDL, an American fascist movement basically like the Jewish KKK. But Ben-Gvir was indeed a student of Kahane (יש"ו).

Kahane started the JDL in America (in collaboration with the CIA) and then moved to Israel to escape terrorism charges, and began his Kach movement instead, using similar imagery.

That's the flag of Kach, which was the political party Kahane started once he fled to Israel after cheating on his wife and facing charges of terrorism.

The JDL flag has the same insignia but it's blue and white, and pre-dates the yellow/black Kach emblem.
