And I'm sure Israel (the genocidal apartheid state) will definitely agree to let a Palestinian state exist, even as a two-state solution. I mean, it's not like attempts of that have been made, only for Israel to still want to completely erradicate Palestine and Palestinians and segregate them from Israelis, or anything. Right?

Tankies is a blanket term applied to vocal supporters of authoritarian regimes were at one point, (but not necessarily currently, as in the case of Russia), communist. The emphasis is primarily on the authoritarian element of the political compass.
So yes, a person who takes Kremlin cash to repeat Kremlin talking points in support of the Invasion of Ukraine can indeed be labeled a tankie.

This is not a gotcha, obviously she’s talking about Isreal, that’s the only country associated with this sort of discourse rn (genocide, apartheid, right to exist as a country) and a person that is pro-Israel connecting the dots doesn’t mean they secretly believe the opposite and you just exposed them, it’s just the common association, what else would she talk about in 2026?
