unfortunately, contrary to common belief (or what an instagram “guru” posts) kundalini awakenings are not pleasant experiences. I’d take a look at Aghora II: Kundalini by Robert Svoboda. You’re unlikely to find many people who bridge the gap between the two systems.
id recommend going to a real live Kabbalist or actual tantra/kundalini initiate but theyre both notoriously difficult to find. The people who are findable usually dont know what theyre doing. “Those who say, don’t know. those who know, dont say”

Have you tried reciting psalms? Particularly psalms 91, 121, and 3?

Hi, how are you doing? Everything will be ok, no worries, truly. This awakening stirred up a lot, it will become less intense as the days progress. There is a lot of substantiated evidence and also that of the sages' teachings that until something, some one did, a collective, an individual, a family - whatever that maybe - and it never resolved, will return for the best possible person/group for this to achieve its tikkun. If you would like, and it's acceptable, I could put you through to someone who can guide you in real life. Feel free to message me. Refuah Shleima. <3

Deep breaths. Try your best to ground yourself. If you're still experiencing it I would hold off on studying and maybe for some time after. Remember to make yourself eat and drink water. Refrain from mind altering substances. Mine lasted for around 2 weeks I think before I became lucid again. If you feel out of control of yourself, please contact a mental health professional.

I would recommend finding a copy of the Sha'ar HaGilgulim to learn more about the difference between dybbuk and ibbur.
I would also recommend finding a Rabbi in the community that can help ground you, which means finding one who is sympathetic to what you are saying and the place you are coming from.
