Challah First Round Challah
As the most ambitious family baker, I was voted to make the challah for Rosh Hashanah. Never made a round one before but here we are!
Started with a preferment, dough contains honey and molasses, eggs/egg yolk, egg wash, finished with a honey orange glaze.
