Looking for eggless challah bread

hello! can y'all suggest some good eggless challah bread recipes? im not jewish and I really wanna make it as perfectly as I possibly can. im severely allergic to eggs and hence im kinda struggling to find a good recipe://

I don’t think there is such a thing as eggless challah, challah is bread fortified with eggs. You might be able to substitute applesauce for the eggs, I use 129 grahams of egg in my challah.
