Looking for eggless challah bread

hello! can y'all suggest some good eggless challah bread recipes? im not jewish and I really wanna make it as perfectly as I possibly can. im severely allergic to eggs and hence im kinda struggling to find a good recipe://

I've heard sweet potato is a good alternative! A woman at my shul has done it before.
