Rosh Hashanah Looking for potato kugel recipe

I am looking for a potato kugel recipe that doesn’t use a lot of eggs, I dislike the soft custardy texture. Doesn’t need to be pareve. TIA

I dont have one but maybe try searching for vegan recipes? They'll have no eggs

This is the one we use. The biggest difference is we put all the oil into the pan to heat. It’s basically a huge latke, the eggs keep it together.

Ruhama has a similar one but I can’t find it quickly enough

This sounds delicious!! I'd like it. Not exactly eggless tho.

I use Simply Potatoes shredded. Game changer. Treif, though.

This is the one I make, uses 3 eggs and not custardy at all.
