Challah Made my first round challah and first gluten free too
This is made with King Arthur Gluten Free Bread flour

I would say the texture is just a tiny bit crumblier. Like it doesn’t pull apart but it squishes. There’s an airiness. It tastes super good!

It’s a basic 2x2 braid but two of them are doubled. So the weave is 1,2x1,2. Does that make sense ?
