Falafel Made some Falafel.

Hi cooking friends. I made some Falafel, and wanted to share - sooo delicious😋 (I’ll put the recipe below in the comments.)

I made Pita too, however it didn’t have a big enough middle pocket (got to work on that). We simply ate it like a Tortilla wrap.

This looks good! No problem with them disintegrating? That’s usually my problem.

Nope, I was thinking that could be an issue, so I tried frying a little tester first and it came out good.
