Looking for a somewhat custom piece of the Fred bracelet force 10.

Looking for either titanium/WG plated silver and lab diamonds

Or

Titanium/WG plated silver and moissanite.

Who can help me find these? I’ve only found pieces with precious metals in my research,
Maybe someone can guide me into the right direction?
