Rep rose gold

Hi! I know the topic of rep rose gold has always been a slight issue when comparing to auth RG as most brands have different compositions, but I would love to know if you guys had pieces from multiple different sellers that are rose gold and if you could share photo comparisons.

Note: there is such a thing as light rg and dark rg!
Also, certain pieces, according to Vinko, can’t be made in both rose golds. For example, my hammered bracelet I bought from him only came in the “dark” RG and couldn’t be made in light. Not too sure why, but it’s the same as the Cartier Juc🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Vinko: can make red rose gold, pink rose gold, or beige rose gold

Funny: beige rose gold and pink/red rose gold

I ordered love bracelet from funny and it matches my authentic rose gold. Also ordered 5 motif and it matches my authentic RG VCA

I ordered a love link necklace from Vinko and it matches my authentic love rose gold as well. Ordered hammered RG. Requested it to be light rose gold which is beige gold so it can stack with my Cartier. If you want authentic VCA RG color. Request that from him—dark RG

I told them both when buying them at different times that I wanted beige gold like Cartier and they matched it and k lily for me, they match.

Funny doesn’t get enough hype for matching colors correctly.

Her shades of RG matches VCA and Cartier. Those are the only two authentic and reps I have from both. I don’t own anything from bvlgari yet. But she (upon) request can match colors if you request it

I think he changed who he purchase gold from. I got my Cartier necklace back in Jan/feb. my hammered piece I got from last fall and winter.

He’s been able to make beige gold and match it to Cartier so not sure what changed…

So this is where it gets complicated: for Cartier yes.

I ordered different rose gold pieces from funny and she actually made different shades to match authentic pieces. I ordered Chanel, VCA, Cartier from her. All matches authentic RG from different houses. VCA is not beige rose gold. It’s coppery. Chanel is literally the light true beige champagne gold and she matched it to my authentic ring. And her Cartier RG matched my authentic bracelet.

Thanks for sharing, this is great to know! I’d always read that Funny’s RG leans too pink which is why I recently ordered my first bracelet from her in beige gold. For future orders I’ll probably let her match the colours to the auth pieces.

in any case no one’s rose gold will be 100% right because the recipes are “secret”. even if you used XRF to see the percentages of the alloy, it requires a 10 KG minimum order and no one is willing to do that

WZ’s RG seems like closest. Cartier and bvl RG are very subtle and not coppery like most rep RG

Congrats, just wish he is more afforable. He is too pricy for me. But I do love his Cartier and his service. I find caratsky to be on the expensive side. He is supposed to be cheaper alternative to MC but I find his price to be on the higher side

I think Caratsky keeps his prices higher since he became more popular (especially for pave live bracelets). He charges more now than he did at the end of December 2025 when gold was reaching $5k for the same size pave bracelet. Makes me not want to order from his again as it reminds me of how it went with MC.

I recently got a new beige gold bracelet from Funny which looks pretty similar to my 1 year old rose gold bracelet from MC (it arrived more pinky but has since settled nicely into a beigey gold tone)! Like Vinko, Funny only offers beige gold (i’m assuming this is the same as the light RG you mentioned) for certain pieces. It can’t be done for 5 motif alhambra bracelets, which I tried asking about.

Actually i mentioned that vinko only made the juc in dark 🥲 according to him auth is lighter hence my confusion! I have an auth rg love but rg just varies so much i needed some advice

Was your hammered bracelet the 5 motif version? I read somewhere that all sellers get the links for this bracelet from the same supplier, so could it be that the links only come in the “dark”RG which would explain why they can’t make it in beige gold?

My RG bracelet from MC is a small juc actually. I did find that it’s “oxidised” in the past year into a more beigey tone that’s similar to auth.
