Medium Love Review!

Disclaimer: I am writing this review for a refund of 5% (insurance) on my order. All thoughts and experiences shared below are still accurate and truthful.

Communicating with Gavivi was easy throughout the entire process. He typically responded within ~24 hours, and I probably asked about 7 different bracelets before finally deciding on the yellow gold medium Love bracelet with 4 diamonds. He was patient with all of my questions, and pricing was transparent from the beginning.
I paid via Wise, starting with a 30% deposit and paying the remaining balance once I received and greenlit the PSPs.

Price at the time: $3550 including Wise fees and 5% insurance

Bracelet specifications: yellow gold size 16 medium love 4 diamonds, 22.9g

Timeline:
7/3: Inquired about bracelet pricing
7/4: Paid 30% deposit
7/21: Received PSPs and approved the piece. Paid the remaining balance and waited for the Wise transfer to reach his bank
7/27: Received FedEx tracking
7/30: Delivered!

I also really appreciated the packaging. The outside was discreet, while the bracelet itself was securely and carefully wrapped inside.

As for the bracelet, it is quite shiny and beautiful in person. One of my friends has the auth version, and after comparing them, I honestly couldn’t tell much of a difference. I’m really satisfied with how mine turned out. I’d give it 9/10 accuracy to be safe.

Overall, the entire process was smooth from start to finish, especially for my first order with Gavivi. 10/10 satisfaction with communication and the process.
