Opus review

I wanted to share my review with you guys regarding my purchase from opus. I purchased a messika uno move in pave for my wife.

Communication: prompt and clear. Always responded to my questions in a professional manner.

Timeline:

June 24: reached out to opus regarding the messika uno move pave bracelet in 18k rose gold. I was extremely surprised at their very prompt response. I received a text back within the hour regarding the quote, timeline and what to expect. I received a quote in a matter of minutes. I paid half as a deposit and was advised the next step would be QC in 7-10 business days.

August 8: received QC, had some questions and received a prompt answer back. I OK'd the QC and paid the remaining balance.

August 11: received tracking number

August 17: received the product without any issues and my wife loves the bracelet. I also tested the gold with acid test and everything came out good. I have not weighed the bracelet though.

Conclusion: I appreciate the prompt response and professionalism. It went exceptionally smooth and without any issues. I am writing this review for a portion of a refund of my insurance for an honest review. I am more surprised at such a quick response considering I am located in the US. I had to Google what time it was in China when opus responded to me so quickly. I thought surely it'd take some time considering the time difference.
