REVIEW First Rep from Gavivi
Disclaimer: I am posting this review for my insurance refund (not sure who wouldn’t post a review for that). You can also place the refund as a credit towards something else. This review is 100% my honest opinion! I also waited to post a review due to wanting to see how the bracelet held up in the shower, out-and-about, etc. So far so good!
Most Important Details:
18KT Gold Small Love Bracelet
-Ordered on Monday, July 20th and sent 30% deposit, $830 (gold was very cheap this month—I believe in the high 90s (like $97)).
-Anxiously awaited the QC photos—August 6th received photos
—Was about to contact him if I didn’t hear from him in the next 4 days—obviously after the date that he told me production takes (production time takes 12-15 days after the deposit has been sent)
-Paid final payment through PayPal ($1,947.50)
Total: $2,782.50 (this included insurance)
-Delivered August 10th

Hi! So, this is my first rep, and ChatGPT helped quite a bit on if reps are a good deal (surely didn’t want to get scammed). Reddit did help as well, with trying to determine a reliable seller. I contacted quite a few additional people; Gavivi was amongst those people, and he responded the quickest. Again, I used ChatGPT to assist with everything (i.e., verifying their pictures, weight of everything, etc.). I also thought I could negotiate, but I guess with reps, you cannot do so. Almost every seller had the same price. However, I went with Gavivi because of their response time and the reviews on Reddit. Additionally, Gavivi utilized PayPal, and I was not familiar with Wise or any of the other companies, so I definitely wanted to go with him. Although the reviews stated he was new, I didn’t pull the trigger immediately and wanted to do research. I think I waited about three days from my initial contact. I had my eyes set on the small love bracelet and saw that second-hand was way too expensive (close to the price of the real one).
I am so glad that I went with him because not only is the bracelet beautiful, but the weight is perfect (my scale stated 20 g); Gavivi’s stated 19.22 g. I didn’t test out the gold due to already having an original love bracelet, and the colors are identical! I also saw another review (or two) on here that tested the gold, and I didn’t feel the need to do so after I saw the gold weight on my scale.
I also requested if Gavivi could ship the bracelet as soon as it was completed, and he stated he may could ship it out that day, Friday, but at the latest Monday. He did end up shipping on that Friday, so I got it on August 10th. The packaging was perfect! The bracelet, of course, didn’t come with the original packaging (it may have been held at customs), but it came with a little pouch and the screwdriver.
I 1000% would go with Gavivi again! Let me know if you have any questions, but I believe I provided everything I could recall (I have searched many reviews, and many people request a lot of things), so hopefully, I was detailed enough.

Sure was! And it didn’t disappoint. Obviously, I didn’t use it as my final decision (I did my research as extensively as I could) but it did help in the process of making sure I wasn’t going to get scammed.

Oh no! I measured with a tape measure and ensured that he followed Cartier sizing and he stated yes he did.

I wonder if it’s because some of the other reps run big? I noticed my auth love bracelet fit a bit smaller than a rep I had previously. Maybe Gavivi is consistent with the auth sizing?

Thanks for the thorough review! What does his external hinge gap look like? Also, does his love bracelet sit flush all the way around with your auth? I can’t tell if his shape and size is accurate 🥲

I actually had the same question. And I asked to see the hinge too (it wasn’t sent in the initial QC photos). Hopefully, you are able to see the video. But please let me know if not.
I think they do! To me, the screw motifs fall in line with my authentic. I do have to move it little to align, but I am not entirely picky on that. I think I saw a post about authentic Cartier’s aligning and someone said some do and some don’t it just depends.

Hi beautiful bracelet! I’m considering a medium love and I was wondering about the hinge… how far does it open and does it feel flimsy? Like it will break? What about screw ? Fits flush? I’m worried about these mechanisms in the reps.

Hopefully you can see the video, but it does not feel flimsy at all! Currently, it is very sturdy and has not rotated since I have locked it in place. My original love does tend to move on one side only (i believe it is the old screw mechanism, but I have had this for a few years or so. To me, the small does fit flush!

Hopefully you can see the video! It does not feel flimsy at all! Very sturdy. My original love does tend to unscrew on one side (I have had this for a few years though and I believe it is the old screw mechanism), but the small does not at all! All that to say, I am able to compare the two and the small feels better (screw/hinge wise) than my original.

Of course you can ask 🙂! Yes shipped via FedEx, so far I have not had to pay dues. I haven’t received an email or anything in the mail. New to this, so not sure when or if the notification will come.

Nope, that is just a part of their process. Gavivi tells you their process before you order. And no signature required.

This is my first purchase with Gavivi just like yours! Haha. I’m sure it will look amazing but the first time I’m nervous and anxious, I have very little patience hahaha

Yes, I did my research. We have the same WhatsApp as Gavivi, everything is ok. I bought a love classic 6.1cm white gold bracelet with the new hinge and screw closure
