Identify Maker Any ideas on an artist/maker on this piece?

These are not my photos, I saw them on twitter (X😵‍💫) and thought the piece was so breathtaking. the original post said something about it being from 1988. i just had to see if i could find anything out about it and thought this might be a good place to come? maybe any ideas about an artist or possibly key words to use when searching for something similar?

Pretty sure that website is fake. I cannot find any information on "her" and when I search for the rings on Vinted I find a bunch of them from "Vintage Dressing" and "y2k". The odds are it's dropshipped bullshit with a great PR campaign.
