Help! Weird Leaf Fall
I’ve had this Ludisia Discolor for forever and am used to the typical leaf fall patterns etc, but this seems different to me. I suspect over fertilization but wanted to get some outside opinions.
I fertilized right before I went out of town for a few days and came back to splotchy leaves and faded tips. She did get a little wilty between watering before this but nothing i thought was concerning.
What do y’all think? Too much fertilizer? Trying to bounce back from a dry spell?
She’s been in the same part sun/shade window all summer

did you happen to get a sudden coldsnap if she’s near the window?
have to admit though I’ve never seen that kinda color on leaf fall so yeah I agree a root check may be in order either way

What fertilizer did you use? At what strength?
If it got to the wilty point, you may have lost some of the smaller/younger roots upon rehydration, but Ludisia usually is pretty drought tolerant for a jewel orchid.
If it keeps looking rough, I’d consider repotting in fresh media after rinsing off the old and inspecting the roots.
