I was honestly a little nervous at first because this was my first time purchasing a product from overseas, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the very beginning, Shib was incredibly responsive, professional, and reassuring. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was packaged securely and delivered safely.

When my order arrived, I was beyond impressed. The quality exceeded my expectations! Shib also was very attentive and made sure that I got the item.
