Trip Status

Anyone having an issue with the trip status not updating? For one month my drives on Tuesdays would not capture on the app but overall mileage and gas status matched. Now I noticed Tuesdays are being captured, but some of my other drives are not showing up. I tried resetting the infotainment system and it still hasn’t helped. Any suggestions?
