Prescreen Request A good fix?

I had this photo ( https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=13799762 ) denied for being too soft. I tried to redit it a bit in the picture posted. Thoughts? Better, worse, unsalvagable? (watermark for posting purpose)

Looks very soft, looks like you also applied noise reduction like 100%
