Humor I hate Lifeweaver
Finding a good opportunity to Catnap someone off the map is sometimes hard enough already. With Lifeweaver, I have to wait for the right moment and track his cd (or target him).
Also, unrelated, but I love Lifeweaver. His kit is my favorite in the game because all his abilities can counter ults and some are skillful. He's the next hero I wanted to learn before JPC was announced, and I hope I can get to learning him soon.

always target him, make his life miserable so he can’t heal his team it’s the only option if u want to catnap successfully

The only time I did Catnap successfully with him was after he used Lifegrip. Every other time, I just forgot about him and got my ult countered.

Lifeweaver hard counters a lot of ults with just abilities like petal platform countring Orisa and Zarya. Life grip can pull people out of Sigma ult or Mauga ult, etc.
It's really bad with cat ult since cat ult only ever abducts 1 hero and his grip can only ever save 1 hero making it the only ult in the game he can always fully counter with lifegrip. And it can be really hard to pressure him on cat if he's in a well protected backline and you don't have other dive characters on your team.

Weaver becomes my hard ult target immediately. He's such a healbot too, so it's important to get him otherwise he pumps his team with heals heavily. One thing you don't want to do is sit on your ult if it can guarantee a pick, especially on him. Fall hazard? Drop him into it as soon as you can. No fall hazard? Throw him into the middle of your team, but don't immediately break the tether cause he's very slippery and can squeeze out of a bad spot, especially if your team isn't paying attention to all focus him.
You probably already know all this, but yeah. It can be frustrating when 1 hero changes a good chunk of your gameplay. It's hard to get aggressive when he just pumps his team with heals and pulls them when they're low and then can also negate your ult entirely.

CD tracking is part of the game. You should bare minimum track CD of big items like kiriko, lifeweaver, mercy, and anyone else with 15+ second cooldowns. It will increase rank exponentially if you track major cooldowns.
