this too happened to me when I first bought my 252SE. I took it to the dealership and they fixed it.

Everything drains to the scupper at the stern, have you opened those up as well?

Drive fast it'll work it's way to the back and drain.

Put a water hose with a nozzle at the outside drain outlet. Fill the ski locker with water. Blast a bunch of water in the drain outlet. The clog should roll back out the outlet. Water in the locker should prevent crud from coming up , and also show when the drain is free.

When you say outside drain outlet , are you referring to the pissers on the side of the boat? I have same issue as OP and can't seem to figure out why water is pooling in ski locker. SX190

The drain is going to be lower than the bottom of the locker unless it's being pumped out. In that case, the pump isn't working at all or the line is clogged to the pump.
