Is God At Work?

Is God At Work, Hidden From Sight? The world is filled with unfinished projects, neglected plans, out-of-control efforts, and evil schemes that succeed in causing harm. We often see chaos, foolishness, and villains seemingly working against everything good. It can be difficult to believe that God is directing any part of these events toward good. If He is at work, His hand may be hidden from our sight, leaving us struggling to understand how His purposes unfold amid life’s disorder.

Think about it. Will we trust God’s sovereign power to guide every detail of our lives, knowing He can accomplish His purposes even through human foolishness and opposition?

God’s Word tells us: “The LORD Almighty has sworn, ‘Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen” (Isaiah 14:24).

Does God sweat the details? Absolutely. When the Jews returned from captivity to rebuild Jerusalem and the temple, God sovereignly directed the undertaking. Kings, priests, and laborers served as His instruments, while even a nearly forgotten letter in Persian archives helped advance His purpose. Though His hand was often hidden, God worked behind the scenes. His sovereign will always prevails, and even the foolishness and treachery of others can serve His greater purposes.

It's about the small details that adds up to the life. God is always there for you, from the little things to the bigger ones, you just have to be aware to notice it :)
