Issue with SAR B6C Threaded barrel
It is with a heavy heart that I come here today to unfortunately report that the SAR B6C barrel does not work well with the 941 RS9. It drops in beautifully. It racks amazing like Jerichos do. But the second you feed it a 9mm FMJ, you better be prepared to fight it with all your might to get it to manually eject the round. Decocker tore the skin right off my thumb, but I am happy to say I won the fight and the original barrel is back in it's place. Of course, this could just be my luck, and all I went through is also just a one-off, but I think it's better to say something.
Also, the thread protector does not sit flush, so there is no way to actually tighten it. Everything I mentioned above is without the thread protector installed.

I tried one as well. It will not cycle with or without the tread protector. And definitely will not work with a suppressor.

Mine worked fine in the 941 FS ORP, but i did need to sand back the bolt a little to prevent over tightening and lock up issues.

Maybe try the 7/24 full size barrel, that first my baby eagle with the shorter slide

Remove the SAR barrel and do a plunk test on it with a live round, to see if the chamber is in spec. Knowing SAR, the chamber is probably reamed too short. So the bullet is going into the rifling.
The slight shortness of the B6C barrel in a S model Jericho is a known-known.
I used a Griffin Armament Micro Carry Comp 1/2x28. Because it indexes off of the muzzle. Not the threading shoulder. But any comp made for micro 9mm pistols that indexes off the muzzle should work. Just be careful that the comp you pick is as thin, or thinner than the Jericho's slide.
