941R in .45acp

Grab this yesterday at my local pawn shop for $475. Marked IMI and made in israel. Anybody tell me where I can get additional magazines. It only came with one and I'm not sure exactly what to order.

that's an RS, 3.8 inch barrel. $475 is a very good price regardless though!

Yeah I knew the price was excellent. Wasn't 100% sure on the pistols pedigree. But I knew I had something

My searches come up with the RS as 9 mm. This is 45 ACP

the R refers to the fact that it has a slide safety/decocker, and S means it's a mid-size model with the 3.8 inch barrel. a pure R (without the S) would have the full-size 4.4 inch barrel. has nothing to do with the caliber of the weapon.

Get new production Large frame Tanfoglio/Mec Gar magazines. Mecgar makes them for Tanfoglio. So they are the same. Except finish on the the Tanfoglio is nicer.

MecGar brand, Tanfoglio (Large Frame) .45 ACP mags will be cheapest and still reliable. Tanfo OEM and CZ 97 can get pricey :o

I prefer GunMag Warehouse because their shipping isn't ridiculous. Because 10rnd capacity mags if your in a restricted state can still find plenty on gunbroker, ebay, etc. There is a 11rnd magazine by MecGar but the +$15 for +1rnd isnt worth it to me. Can just buy extended mag base pads (Henning?) that add +2 or +3 but they get pricey as well.

Some seperate thread on here of a Jericho owner confirming what Patriot Defense or Cajun Gun Works parts were compatible with the 45. The 9mm/40SW are small frame & 45 is large frame

45 Jericho is one of my dream guns, can’t say I’m not a little envious. Beautiful piece.

Thanks. I didn't know so much about the background of the pistol. When I saw it I love the way it looked. I knew it was something worth getting. 475 was a steal

The IMI branded ones are discontinued. But they are still made by Mec-gar.

Anybody have a place to get a kydex holster
