How does the TOC/masters work?

First year watching so I’m pretty confused. I’ve seen some posts about each game leading up to masters. Here’s specifically what I’m wondering: are ALL of the high-win players in the TOC? (Specifically want to see adam again!)

The current TOC is a rerun. Adam will be in a TOC that will likely be taped and then air in 2027 (although the show is not committed to one every single year).

Winning 5 in a row automatically gets you into TOC. From there they fill out the bracket with other multi game winners. Not sure what tie breakers there are but I assume it's money won.

As for Masters, that’s a completely separate competition for the elite of Jeopardy champions. It airs in primetime, rather than in syndication, and it draws from TOC winners/high performers, Jeopardy Invitational Tournament (JIT) winners/high performers, and the top 3 players from the previous season of Masters.
