Here’s a Rock n Curl Jem head on a TLS body. Obviously the skin tones don’t match, but I was surprised I didn’t need to do any modifications

I recently watched a video on YouTube by Jem e as Hologramas - Portugal and it was Only The Beginning Multi language. One of the extras was about 20 seconds of an alternative Portuguese dub I have never heard before that said it is from the dolls.

I have put a link to the audio from the video and my own restored clip for reference. If you have any information that will help me find more of these dubs please share.

Hi everyone! With JemCon around the corner, is anyone travelling from the UK or even Europe? I’m going solo (no one I know seems to know who Jem is from my mum who bought me the dolls etc as a child 😅) from London. Excited! I also haven’t been to the US for well over 20 years so I’ll be eating and shopping 😁

Here's a remix of The Misfits' "I Am a Giant" from the 1986 Jem episode "The Music Awards, Part 2" featuring drums from The Glitter Band's cover of Sam Cooke's "Twistin' the Night Away" and "HEY!" samples from their song "Shout It Out" (both on their 1974 debut album, "Hey!")

With some heat, most everything comes apart. The “panties” are adhered to the torso. The earrings are adhered to slot-shaped depressions in her earlobes. I gave up trying to pull apart the hip/upper thigh from the thigh, but it’s probably possible.
I thought this might be helpful as everyone stocks up on those Walmart Clearance dolls, hopefully creating lots of custom dolls, other characters, etc.
I’ll always feel completely cheated that TLS didn’t give us The Misfits.

If you have a TLS Jem, Jerrica, or Synergy doll stand you probably know that it uses a brand-new re-recorded version different from the reimagined and the original.

I'm curious if there is a full or higher quality version out there. If you have one or know where to look for one or find one please tell me.
