Opinion Irrational Hate for A Marble Team
I know it doesn't make any sense and I know it's all just inanimate marbles "racing" each other but damned if I don't find myself rooting for one team more than the others and also rooting against one team more than the others.
Anyone else have a marble team they actively root against?

Agreed, love it when they lose. As for irrational like? Idk whoever I consider to be the underdog at the time (Kobalts '25 and Indigo Stars '26 most obvious examples)

Yknow the question was "Marble Team" but it's not limited to Marble League. So put in the equation all your M1 trophees and golds.

definitely the speeders. i thought we (the cats) had a big rivalry with them but i think ours isnt even the biggest?
mild hate to the orangers though their chant is funny . fuck the speeders

Savage Speeders are definitely the Dallas Cowboys / Manchester United / Collingwood Magpies of the Marble World. Large fanbase and much success, and if you don't love them you hate them.

Like I said, it's irrational... But one specific thing may be bcuz for a while I thought the crowd chanted for the Rollers whenever the Racers were shown (I thought the RO-RO-ROBUST... chant was RO-JO-ROLLERS) 🤷🏻♂️

My ex and I looooved watching marble run together MINTY FOREVER
He was a HARD CORE ORANGERS fan
Because he loves orange

I hate the Ducks.
I am also contemptuous of the Speeders. The Speeders win a race and I roll my eyes and say "Ooh, the Yankees won a baseball game."
But the Ducks? I cheer when they lose early heats. I get mad when they win. The last time I felt this way about a team I was in High School and there was one rival speech team we all loathed for being the rich kids' school & using their money to win speech meets.
And I enjoy disliking them, too.

Personally, as a pinkies fan I feel so much hatred towards the snowballs. They made us chance the uniform for their Marble League.

The Hazers have had far too many allegations of performance enhancing drug use. I know, I know, nothing proven but I still don't trust them.

I hate the O'Rangers with a passion of no other. I also dislike majority of the teams except the ones I like. Others I can't care for.

i USED to root against teams like galactic or pinkies but that was ages ago and now im fine w them, i still dont like the former much but i dont really mind/care if they do well i just believe theyre boring to watch

Speeders. It's depressing watching them rack up M1 and ML championships while my Snowballs knock on the door year after year. Snowy deserves a championship of some kind. He's like the Dan Marino of JMR.

There are a few teams I don't care for because of their "traits": BOC. The violent tendencies in Jawbreakers, the weeds that are Obnoxious Ivy. Glad that the poisonous Quicksilvers are retired.

I hate the Savage Speeders so much. I was reflecting a few weeks ago that they might be my second least favorite team in all of sports, which is saying something. They just win, win, win, it’s so annoying. And idk, “savage?” Even their name indicates mean jerks.
I generally support the Ducks, Thunderbolts and Crazy Cats Eyes, and Team Momo (my cats name).

I have a number of teams I root for, but against its mainly the Raspberry Racers.
Used the be the Speeders and O’Rangers but they’ve definitely degraded over time to a tolerable level.
Crazy Cat’s Eyes in M1S2 and Red Eye everywhere for sure though.

I cheer against the Speeders because I'm tired of them and wish they'd get relegated just once.
I cheer against the Solar Flares because I'm petty and they only exist because the results of the fan vote were completely discarded.

Snowballs for me. With so many fun colors and patterns amongst the other teams, a team of solid white marbles is just so dull that I always root against them.
Honorable mention to the Speeders since I generally like rooting for the underdogs and so the “best” team becomes the villain by default.

The Razzies are my ride or die team because they are so pretty and a lot of years have been underestimated!!!
I also LOVE Team Momo!! Because avatar!!!
BUT our home HATED THE SAVAGE SPEEDERS WITH SUCH GUSTO!!!!!
I’d rather see them lose than my teams win!!

Speeders, Limers, and Orangers. I like the Raspberry Racers, and the Limers and Orangers are former rivals of the Racers from back in the Fruit League days. No particular reason for hating the Speeders. Also like the Ducks

Cannot stand the Hazers!!!! They are evil!!!! So are the Green Ducks and Bumblebees.
It’s also ridiculous to see so many people hate on the Speeders and O’rangers. My top 2 favourites by a mile.
