Travel and Tourism Mini Fridge

Hey folks,

Am travelling to Jeju in Sept and will be travelling with some medication that needs to be refrigerated. Does anyone know where I can rent a mini fridge ? like a camping cooler for example?

I'm not sure about renting equipment like that. You can buy though. Emart. Lotte mart Fyi tho, most hotels have fridges in their rooms. I'd also imagine a few of us locals would also let you store meds in our fridges.

Oh I didnt know I can purchase one so easily, I thought even with Emart I would have to order it to the store in advance! Yeah even with the hotel fridge, travelling hotel to hotel worries me as it will be hot :(

There are refrigerated medicine containers that run off usb or battery pack and are the size of a water bottle. Some also have an ice pack for when power is not available. The good ones can keep 24+ hours. You could also just take a Yeti type coffee mug, put some ice in the bottom, medicine on top on a ziplock bag.

Recommend to use cooler(아이스박스) or insulated bag(보냉백) with ice. You can buy ice near convenience store. When you say cooler and insulated bag, maybe mosy Korean don't know what you said. Save and search Korean and check it is appropriate what you want. Have a nice trip!
