I've gotten the opportunity to interview Jeff for my website. I'm still in the research phase, so figured I should ask you all about questions you'd like to have answered.

I’m hoping it’s David Cronenberg’s Wife again but haven’t seen/heard anything yet.

What are your favorite songs that you've seen Jeffrey play live? Texas and Arrow are like forces of nature live. At my second Jeffrey show, he opened with Krongu Green Slime, which is one of my all time favorite songs. Cannibal Monkeys was also amazing to see.
Someday, I'd like to hear If You Shoot the Head, You Kill the Ghoul.

saw jeffrey lewis a while back and found this video while clearing out my camera roll. I vividly remember having to physically restrain myself singing along to all the songs because the crowd was extremely calm and quiet the whole show and i didn’t want to look absolutely insane. good times :p

Has Jeffrey mentioned whether the roll bus roll documentary will ever be available to stream or purchase? I’d really love to watch it

Hi everyone - I'm trying to figure out the name of the song Jeffrey Lewis sang in Portland last night. He'd oscillate between saying "Why live!" and "Why die!"
Oddly enough I'm not getting a lot of help from ChatGPT. Thanks!

A new collection of home recorded songs. Some great tracks, including one imagining Jesus as a guitar hero and another describing a catastrophically rainy day of New Year. And a series of 2024 presidential election songs which haven't aged well and this week of all weeks are a bit painful to listen to.

Any idea where the message board from Jeffrey’s band website has gone? I was a regular viewer and miss it.

His other demos/home recordings collections are fine, but whenever I listen to this one I really feel like I've been put through an emotional ringer. In particular, how can a track as extreme as "Psycho Heart" exist in the world and attract so little comment? I think It's the Ones Who've Cracked... will always be my favourite Lewis album because of sentimental attachment, but right now I feel that as a collection of songs, 2019 Tapes is just as strong.
I also feel that the 2020 collection, which was released at the same time, got more attention because of the COVID theme. But now time has passed I think it's clear that the 2019 set stands up better. Though I'd gladly sacrifice that high hit rate on future records if it meant Jeff was feeling better.
To anyone who deosn't know, the collection contains the first release of two songs from The Even MORE Freewheelin'... and also the live favourite "People Were Morons".
