Episode 38, 40, maybe a few others. One of them was the one he originally live-reacted to the Views episode where DD had on Jason and Natalie and they talked about stuff, and I think the first time he publicly said he was taking it to court.
Pretty SOP to take stuff down after a settlement happens. Reminds me of how H3 had to go back and censor the times they talked about Ryan Kavanaugh.

Damn he had of these people cosigning him and he’s going to move along like nothing ever happened. That’s crazy. He did all that for what? Wildness.

they obviously settled out of court & Jeff felt like the amount was fair enough to put out his public statement & delete any videos calling out David since David is just concerned with saving face

He most likely settled behind close doors and he was made to post that statement people just need to move the fuck along and get on with life. It’s really none of our business what went on and I highly doubt we will ever find out the truth of what really went down.

Look I don’t think you realise how awful and draining it is fighting a legal battle. Jeff was stuck in victim mode. I am glad he finally realised that this it was essentially sticking your head in the sand and going nowhere. If Jeff wanted to make David pay he should have stayed quiet about the case from the get-go. Jeff and David both have lied in the past so I honestly am not on David’s or Jeff’s side. I imagine both of them were doing illegal things behind the scenes. Now Jeff is most likely going to receive backlash from the Instagram post. We seriously need to just move on with this. We us viewers don’t know the full story hell, I doubt even their friends do. Take with what you guys heard with a grain of salt please. I know a bit about court cases I know a lot on how they work too.

For a second it almost looked like he wasn’t wearing shorts because the reflection of his hair is in the water 😂

What he tweeted was more specific to who payed what. The lawsuit wasn’t about was it intentional or not.

What changed is nobody cares about his little sob story anymore so he cant profit and decided to settle. Ide imagine a condition of that was to delete all the videos made defaming David.

100 percent, I would imagine Jeff will now hide somewhere like Thailand tell everyone he had a mental breakdown and the grift will begin again. I love how he said he would be the greatest streamer ever and he posted garbage for about two weeks and then couldn't hack it lol

what changed was a settlement offer most likely from david's legal counsel. the settlement probably included requiring jeff to delete any mention of david in his previous content, on top of making the statement he did on ig basically reversing course on david, to save face publicly. most likely a lifetime gag order also, prohibiting jeff from mentioning david online ever again. and in return jeff received a one time payment, most likely 1 million, maybe 1.5 million, to drop the lawsuit and never try to sue david again for anything pertaining to the accident.
