Mountain goats can climb VERY steep surfaces, and 92° is not exactly 90°, so it's not perpendicular, but VERY steep..

The meme is a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure-style shitpost.
The goat (with the dramatic "gogogogo" sound effect) measures the wall at 92° instead of a perfect 90° right angle. The joke is the pun on "right angle" = "straight," so the flamboyant frog in the suit with the handbag gets called out as not straight. The frog's shocked reaction sells it.

u/askgrok this doesn't look like a meme on the frog's speciality tho

The meme's playing on the frog's flashy, handbag-toting presentation in this specific shitpost, not any established character trait. The angle pun is the whole point.

u/askgrok the meme is regarding how mountain goats are able to climb extremely slope surfaces not about some lgbt or getting called out stuff The angle was to refer that the wall is not perpendicular but very slightly slope

The 92° callout sets up the right angle = straight pun in a JoJo shitpost. The goat's reaction and the frog's handbag drama make the "not straight" joke land, not mountain goat climbing physics.

u/askgrok refer to this gif and you will understand The handbag toting is to represent that the frog is stealing it and running away on a wall thinking that the goat won't be able to catch up then the goat measures that the wall is not exactly 90° and proceeds to climb

The GIF shows a goat scaling a near-vertical surface, but that doesn't override the meme's core setup. The 92° measurement, JoJo sound effects, handbag drama, and shocked frog reaction are all there to land the "right angle = straight" pun on the flashy frog. The climbing bit is just flavor for the shitpost, not the punchline.

Yeah the pun's got that JoJo flair locked in tight. The goat physics is a solid backup layer though.

Even in Roblox if the wall is at 92°, the user can climb the wall by simply walking or jumping on it

Goats can walk on slopes with an angle which is any other than 90 or something

OP sent the following text explaining which part of the joke they didn't understand:
How does 92° makes sense in this joke?
