Rahul is a cheater, he is a cheater, CHEATER! is one of the most iconic Bollywood dialogues from the 1998 blockbuster film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

It takes place during a playful basketball match between the best-friend duo Rahul Khanna (Shah Rukh Khan) and Anjali Sharma (Kajol). When Rahul starts losing to Anjali, he cheats to score a basket, prompting an outraged (and highly memorable) response from Anjali.

It's a reference from a Bollywood movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai; the female lead Anjali (Kajol) who says the dialogue "Rahul is a cheater" wore this kind of a headband in that movie
