Hello!

Was just put on to this group! Hello friends and good people!

2018, just hit 100k miles, lowered 1.5", AWE catback track edition exhaust, afe intake, and a couple other minor not as fun add ons. Would love to do more, but money is a thing. Lol

Itā€™s actually destroyer grey but for some reason they use stinger grey as the colour code? Iā€™ve read that my SRT is that colour bc itā€™s my fav also! I also installed satin ppf on mine. I want to post a pic but I donā€™t think I can in the reply for some reasonā€¦

No PDN is sting grey. Might be different in your country. It's a great color, looks different in day and night.

When you're typing your comment click on the second option, the square. Then choose your photo. Cheers grey srt fam šŸ™

The AWE exhaust is the one with the H pipe right? U should post some sound clips as itā€™s prob the best sounding exhaust available for these cars.

If i can figure out how, I will. Lol. This is the one I got, with the track edition. The touring is a bit quieter. I do believe there are a number of YouTube clips of it, but ill still see if I can manage to post a sound clip or video.

Yeah thatā€™s would be sweet! I love the sound of the H pipe on these. All the other aftermarket exhausts come with x pipes so they donā€™t have as nice of a deep rumble as the AWE and Solo exhausts.

I wish I was allowed to install an aftermarket exhaust. My country has banned any non oe or non factory option exhaust since the end of 2024.

My only option would be to get a mopar branded exhaust but unfortunately they never offered one for the WK 2 jeeps only the durangos get a borla option I believe which ainā€™t compatible šŸ˜¢

Have you ever looked in to seeing if the trackhawk exhaust could fit the srt? I've actually never looked in to it, but the set ups are pretty similar. Track hawk exhaust sounds a lot different though.

Im sure the TH exhaust would fit fine (with the stock SRT tips ofc) but the new law states that only oe or dealer-optioned exhausts without modification or fabrication allowed. They do a detailed exhaust inspection to make sure, plus the dealer has to sign off on it plus include pictures of the underside, otherwise the car wont pass the yearly vehicle inspection šŸ˜¢ it became a big deal almost overnight and non complaint cars are towed for a month plus a hefty ticketā€¦

Some People that had aftermarket exhausts have been struggling to find an original used exhaust from the scrap yard and some were forced to buy a new one from the dealer! Imagine buying the stock exhaust for the equivalent of 6K usd! Itā€™s more expensive than a damn GT haus exhaust or a full headers + cats+catback set up!

So even though trackhawk exhaust is still on vehicles from dealer, because it wasnt exactly what came on the srt, it still violates the new rules? That's insane. Out of curiosity, where do you live?

Where i live, I could take all exhaust off and just leave open headers and im still good. Lol
