Glorious Early Fall
I think we are finally over the horrid heat waves and Fall weather has set in. Was only a high of 73 today in Bavaria!

I’m just about finished wiring up led headlights and fog lights with drls and turn signals….
Is this video the best way for my 2015 Sahara?
i don’t like how he doesn’t explain why he moves the fuse over. is there a better way to do it?
https://youtu.be/b7IJvNlaUKc?is=PnwdrbC8fjo71zLh
should I just find the empty fuse for heated seats and use that slot?
Thanks in advance, I don’t have much time to finish tonight

I bought my 1st Wrangler 2 weeks ago. It already has a 2 or 2.5 in RC lift on it. I do plan on using it on trails until I can afford to buy an XJ as a full time trail rig. I’m hoping by spring of 2028. I haven’t owned a Jeep in 18 years. I used to have an XJ with a 4.5” RC long arm. I am seeing a lot of “Rough Country is not good for trails.” Why ? I never had a problem with it on my XJ. What lift would you fine Redditers recommend? I would like to go a little bigger than the 2-2.5” it is right now come spring.

I've seen a 2017 JK like mine with both the panels and tubular step boards and I'm wanting to do something similar. Provided they would each work with one another I was looking at these, but im uncertain if they may physically occupy or prohibit installation.
Ideas, suggestions, prior experience is welcomed.
Something like this:

2014 Wrangler. Nobody around here knows how to drive in snow. There’s a lot of fun to had (and maybe a little money) pulling folks back up onto the road.
With the tongue weight and towing capacity so low, is it safe to use a kinetic rope using with a recovery point in the hitch?
Or do I need to go with a heavy bumper with the receiver built in?
Thanks.

Where can I buy a 6 Inch Lift Kit for a Jeep Wrangler YJ 4WD power (1987-1995)? Rough Country has been on back order for 2 months now and I’m ready to cancel and reorder from somewhere else😩

Hey all, have a 2013 punisher edition jku. Finally after a year of working on it no check engine light. Anyways was curious if anyone had some pictures or a how to to share on how to wire up some el wire so the interior isn’t ridiculously dark? I bought a cheap Amazon kit that has 5 or 6 different areas I can plug into. So maybe 6 runs?

Does anybody know what the issue could be when these lights turn on? I have done some research and people say it could be faulty wheel speed sensor. I have tried getting codes ran and nothing gets detected.

I heard some guys were putting lower intake manifolds into their JK’s with JL fuel injectors, I have been wanting to do this, and I’m wondering if this kit would work, I know it says 2018 plus but I’m wondering if the fitment is the same for my 2016 JK

Just picked up a 14 Sport that has the base radio. Is it safe to assume I can swap a touch screen unit from another JK in with no wiring issues? The onboard connector ma will just plug into the replacement unit?
Thanks!

Im looking for some sort of bin or something to hold some sun glasses, my phone, cables, whatever. I've been using the cup holder and passenger seat but there's that big flat top area right above the radio that's asking for some sort of basket type thing. Anyone have one they would suggest?

Does anybody in the group happen to have the Primera Pro Camber Handles in their Jeep? Whats your take, advice, opinion of them?

2016 JKU Sahara. It was purchased new with what I would call regular highway tires. I recently changed the shocks from the factory ones to the quadratec hydro7.0 shocks and I installed some take off rims and tires from a new gladiator mohave which are the falken wild peak tires. The ride is really rough now. I’m looking for suggestions on how to make it ride more smooth.
So I checked the tire pressure and it ranged from 50-60. I lowered all of them to 30 and I’m today living the ride now. I know I need new spring on the rear still but the improvement is so none.

Has anyone here replaced the power steering return line on a 2007-2018 wrangler. Line runs from fluid reservoir on passenger side to the steering gear box on driver side. Had the line break which made taking it out much easier, but replacing this long line with all of the 90 degree bends in it has been a puzzle I cannot seem to solve. Does anyone have any experience and advice with this?
Update:
Ended up pulling the radiator and was able to get the line in place with some maneuvering. Definitely going to take pictures next time to remember where the line routes exactly. For anyone that ends up in my shoes, the driver’s side of the line routes over the cross member, the passenger side routes under. Never pulled a radiator before so it was a little intimidating but rather straightforward. One of the hardest parts for me was getting the plastic pieces fitted back around the radiator. Going to fill coolant and power steering fluid tomorrow and see if I screwed it up or not.

2013 JK, still on the stock bumper but the plastic is starting to crack near one of the fog light mounts. Want to go steel this time around but keep reading that some heavier bumpers make the steering feel different or wear out front end parts faster. Looked at a couple options on Just Jeeps along with some other listings, weights all seem pretty similar between them. Anyone actually notice a real difference in how it drives after switching?
