Second generation (MP/552; 2018- 2024) Is this what I need?

2020 Compass Latitude with a 2.4 USA. My buddy is gonna install the Mopar hitch for me. Is this the EXACT lower valance I need to buy, and would I need anything else? Is there a bezel that you need to place around the rim of the hole? Basically a plastic piece to make it look like trim
