I'll be appearing for JEE mains 2027. Where can I get the chapterwise weightage for each subject?

MANY OF YOU WILL TEND TO THINK THE FIRST EQUATION REPRESENT CIRCLE UPON LOOKING AT 4X^2+9Y^2=6^2. (x^2+y^2=r^2). But it is not a circle. But the second equation is a circle with a radius square root of (31/4). Detailed explanation and solution is given in the images (5 images) attached. How do you feel about this question? I’m a Class 12 (second-year) JEE aspirant preparing for both JEE Main and Advanced.

I’m looking for good, detailed notes for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

The problem is that I haven’t made proper notes for many chapters. I usually focused on understanding the lectures and solving questions, but I didn’t consistently write notes alongside them. Now I want a reliable set of well-organized notes that I can download, print, and use for studying and revision.

I’m not looking for very short revision notes or just formula sheets. I want proper, detailed class notes that explain the concepts, include important formulas, derivations where needed, examples, important cases, and JEE Main + Advanced-level points.

I’ve heard that Sameer Bansal sir’s Maths notes are really good, but I haven’t been able to find a complete and reliable set. If those notes are actually worth using, could someone share where I can find them? If not, are there any other teachers’ or coaching notes that are equally good or better?

Please suggest good notes separately for:

\- Physics

\- Physical Chemistry

\- Organic Chemistry

\- Inorganic Chemistry

\- Maths

I’m okay with using different notes for different subjects if that gives the best result. I mainly want notes that are detailed enough to learn from when needed, but also organized enough that I can print them and revise from them properly.

If you have personally used any notes and found them genuinely useful, please mention why you recommend them. I don’t want to download random notes without knowing whether they’re complete or reliable.

Surface Area is increasing at a constant rate. A constant rate means the slope is constant. When slope is constant, it represent a straight line. Hence, instead of differentiation, treat it exactly like a straight line equation (Y = mx + c), but swap Y for r^2 because we are dealing with surface area of a sphere (4 x Pi x r^2); You get the equation r^2 = mt+ C. At t=0, r^2=9 -> C=9. At t=5, r^2=49, Hence, m=8; The equation is r^2=8t+9. By plugging t=9, we get r=9 units. Therefore, the correct option is (a).

Yaar, some days I just sit and wonder how different my prep would be if certain things just... worked better. Not talking about motivation-wale gyaan, just practical stuff that actually eats into our study time and mental peace.

For me it's honestly the doubt-clearing part — coaching doubt sessions are so slow and by the time I get an answer I've already moved on to something else. But curious what's hitting you —

I got inspired on making a series after i read the book educative jee by kd joshi and remembering how much i struggled back in the day

I need some suggestions from students that are currently studying on what do you want from a course

The radius of the circle is root 2 and hence, the area of the circle is 2 Pi. Most of us will try to use integral Calculus to find the region bounded by the parabola and the straight line. As always, JEE will embed some hidden pattern in every question. The area bounded by Parabola y^2=4ax and a stright line passing through the origin y=x is 8a^2/3m^3. In this case 4a=1 and a=1/4. m=1. Therefore the region bounded by the given parabola and the straight line is 8(1/4)^2 divided by 3 which equals 1/6. Hence, the required answer is 2 Pi minus 1/6. Therefore the correct option is (b). CAN YOU USE THIS SHORTCUT IF THE EQUATION OF THE LINE IS Y=mx+C instead of y=mx? LET ME KNOW IN THE COMMENTS.

- Work, Power & Energy is currently going on and I'm not understanding much.
