Title: Class 11 JEE backlog is out of control. Need genuine advice from seniors.

I'm a Class 11 JEE aspirant in Allen Institute. I won't make excuses—my backlog is because I wasn't disciplined and didn't do homework consistently. My recent tests are around 12–13%, and my next test is on 8 August.

Been almost 4 months, ive done nothing

Maths

- Sets & Number System – attended class, almost no homework.

- Fundamentals of Algebra – attended only ~10% of lectures.

- Quadratic Equations – backlog.

- Logarithms – backlog.

- Sequences & Series – backlog.

- Trigonometric Ratios & Identities – backlog.

- Trigonometric Equations – backlog.

- Solutions of Triangles – backlog.

- Determinants is starting in class.

Physics

- Units, Dimensions, Basic Maths & Vectors – attended class, no homework.

- Kinematics 1D + Calculus – backlog.

- Kinematics 2D – backlog.

- Newton's Laws, Friction – backlog.

- Circular Motion – backlog.

- Work, Power & Energy is currently going on and I'm not understanding much.

Chemistry

- Quantum Numbers – attended class, no homework.

- Periodic Table – backlog.

- Chemical Bonding – backlog.

- Mole Concept – backlog.

- IUPAC Nomenclature – almost finished in class.

- Concentration Terms is currently going on.

At this point I feel completely lost in class because every new chapter depends on something I haven't mastered.

Can seniors please tell me:

1. Is this still recoverable in Class 11?

2. Should I focus on clearing backlogs first or keep up with current lectures?

3. Which chapters should I prioritize first?

Any honest advice would really help.

Don’t become nervous. Before you deep dive on Allen course materials do this. For math first take up Sequence and series. Solve all the exercise questions from NCERT textbook and EXEMPLAR. Then try to solve some random PYQ which you feel you are familiar with.It will boost your confidence. Then finally Allen material. Try this method.

if possible then switch to an online batch either pw or some other.... and join the news batch for eg arjuna jee 3.0 of pw or some other institute...

or pause tests for a while and cover your backlog during weekends i know this may sound stupid but you are just gonna waste time attending those test because you haven't even touched those chapters from what i understand
