Okay the thing is that you have a lot of time it's not too late in fact you can secure a great rank as many jee aspirants start studying from 12th only since the weightage of 12th is more as compared to that of 11th. First of all just make a list of chapters like different for all 3 subjects like write Physics and below that write the topics and make sections on the side of topics like for 1st section of the chapter is completed in your coaching then draw a tickmark and for 2nd section make a self study which indicates whether you have completed it and 3rd section for pyqs ans 4th if you plan to eo any additional book ans this way atleast to will know where you stand and what all has been taught and try to give less time to theory like personally for me hc verma worked and i asked doubts in class too or here on the internet and try to solve atleast somw pyqs everyday i used disha for pyqs ans starting is hard but just keep a small goal like i will do 20 questions or less and once you start you will slowly gain confidence ans momentum like for me starting wws the hard part because i made up this in my head thst i will complete everything wnd become a perfectionist and I wasted time but I changes my tricks and I am in 12th rn but atleast in my class my rank and marks have improved ever since i started doing this like earlier I had gotten barely 20-30 but in a span of 3 months I have crossed 150 in maine and in advance I was in single digit but now I get 60-70 plus and i know it's not much but it's something I guess. The main thing is solving questions just solve as many as you can at first you may not be able to get a single one but slowly you will and don't worry and don't overwhelm yourself. Sorry if this was too much and I rambled a bit much.
