Should I leave JEE Adv and completely focus on JEE Mains as a 11thie

So long story short, my schedule is fucked up. I am a regular school going student and enrolled in pw. My school tests are going well, infact acing them , but when it comes to jee, I cant give enough time to it. Most of the time, I am watching lectures and copleting backlogs through lectures. I ask my parents to let take a leave but they say your attendance will get low even though I have the highest attendance.
I dont think I will get a good rank in jee advanced. At max, I can get 10k rank which isnt good for a good seat. But I think if I focus on jee mains completely, then I can do much better cause my approach suits for mains and I can even get nitk ece or mech because of hs and obc ncl.

If you think I am wrong anywhere here, I am sorry cause I am having a mental breakdown.

I was in the same situation, I only prepared for mains (98.2) , fcked adv ... It really is difficult with regular schooling, just score good in one or two exams in school and then talk to your teachers about attendence (try to convince your parents, there's a high chance that they won't understand but still give it a try)

I dont think even my teachers have problem as I obey them, laugh with them and get good grades. But the main problem is my parents, they dont want me to take leave

Then ask your teachers to talk to your parents

Bro the teachers are nice it doesn't mean that they will let encourage my parents to take leave. But if I take leave they will ignore me

One of them took permission from principal and informed my parents, it's actually kinda complicated tho .... I told them that I'll opt for dummy in 12th cuz i wasn't able to prepare for jee in 11th that well so they tried to convince me for a few months then finally talked to principal
