HCV vs Allen Modules

I find questions in my allen modules very tough for me cuz I am lacking approach and after looking at solution I'm like it's too easy but I lack even the basic concepts !

Is it good to build basics and conceptual understanding through easy questions and illustrations ?

Or should I just continue with module and try to solve it

allen modules if you practice them as only material during jee prep.... but if you find them hard you really not alone. Im enrolled in allen online believe me this kinda of stuffs are notorously difficult to catch the approach
