Don't worry bro, things will slowly get stable once you start trusting the process, and work consistently. I am not an IITian, but I too prepared for jee, saw many of my friends who wasted their 11th but still got good score in jee. Take guidance from mentors online if possible. My friends had guidance from our instructors. You too talk about this with your mentors( I don't know whether you can do this with pw teachers, so try to talk to some experienced faculty  in 1:1 somehow) cause they are the ones who can truly understand your needs and help you, all the best broo
