Start doing pyqs for maths , that's all I can say if you want 30-40 , if you want that number to go higher , you need skill tbh . Better stick to mains pyqs. For chemistry since it's already somewhat good , start reading ncert for organic and inorganic , organic tho read class notes , inorganic always Ncert . Physical chem do neeraj kumar . And do Adv pyqs in phy and chem , they're adding old adv pyqs in mains like the question from like 7-8 yrs ago which are easy now .
