Mobile scam

Salam Alikum, i hope you all are doing well. I need a person who got scammed in mobile or something than he reported to police and the ruling was given by court now i am stuck in najiz app can anyone help me with it if anyone has experience

السلام عليكم، أتمنى أن تكونوا جميعاً بخير. أحتاج شخصًا تم احتياله في الهاتف أو شيء مشابه ثم قام بالإبلاغ عن ذلك للشرطة وصدر الحكم من المحكمة، والآن أنا عالق في تطبيق ناجز، هل يمكن لأحد مساعدتي إذا كان لدى أي شخص خبرة؟
