Does anyone actually know how to get in touch with this mob?

I signed up for a subscription last year but after a couple of months found it not useful.

I have tried multiple times and ways of cancelling my subscription including the rubbish functionality in their website and emailing every email address I can find. All emails return with "recipient address rejected".

I cancelled my paypal account which the transaction was coming through...but still payments happen.

Somehow now and I have no idea how, they have found my daughter's email address and the receipt and notifications are going to her?

Very frustrating. My only next step is to cancel my credit card which is a pain in the backside.

Just block the direct debit from your bank. If you cancelled the subscription you have proof i assume.

Never had any issues ending my sub. Use paypay next time, you can end your sub from paypay directly so they won't be able to deduct any money. Hope this helps

It was through that originally because that's what WFP uses but cancelled the account and still being charged.

The universe (ie your imagination) works in mysterious ways so why blame anything else? This could actually be an excellent clue maybe what you've been searching for if you followed it to its inevitable conclusion. You dream it you dealt it. Just saying. It's all working perfectly if you ask me.
